The use of a VPN connection is providing an increased efficiency and reduced maintenance service lead times. Already used by many NDI-RS law enforcement clients, ALPR VPN service solution enables fast access to the client’s machine. A unique password is required for an NDI-RS engineer to navigate the client’s firewall and connect to the system. While still at the base, the NDI-RS engineer is able to determine the ALPR software fault immediately. VPN provides an immediate solution for mission critical ALPR installations. To ensure the security of our law enforcement customers, the NDI-RS engineer will have a full security clearance prior to receiving access to the customer systems.
