The Talon Mobile Automated License Plate Recognition (ALPR) system is designed for use in ‘ on the move’ mobile police patrolling, giving commanders and users the flexibility and operational ‘reach’ to get into areas that are beyond the scope of fixed ALPR systems. In addition the system can be operated when the vehicle is stationary and parked by a highway or at roadblocks and check points.
