IMPORTANT CUSTOMER NOTICE: WITHDRAWAL OF WINSUITE SOFTWARE AND SUPPORT - 15.02.10
NDI Technologies Limited announces the withdrawal of Winsuite from marketing and sale with immediate effect. There is no replacement product. The product is being withdrawn because it is not compatible with the latest Microsoft operating systems, Vista, Windows 7 and the later versions of Windows server. In addition, we cannot guarantee its suitability for use with future updates to Windows XP. Therefore, we are no longer providing any form of support for this product and our help desk facility will close in the near future
We recognise that a number of establishments will continue to use the product with Windows XP until they migrate to later products. It is therefore advisable to plan ahead when considering upgrading your software. For those establishments that already have valid licences to use Winsuite and wish to increase the number of machines on which they use Winsuite, then on application and approval by us, we will provide additional licences on an “as is” basis, free of charge, and (support and warranties excepted) on the same terms and conditions.
It is a condition of the grant of any additional licences to existing users that Winsuite will no longer be supported. To the fullest extent permitted by law, NDI accepts no responsibility whatsoever for the product or its use. Accordingly all conditions, warranties, representations, understandings or other terms, whether express or implied, statutory or otherwise, are excluded to the extent permitted by law.
Winsuite will not be made available to prospective new customers.
Please also note that the Account Xpress and File Ranger software applications have also been withdrawn and are no longer being developed or supported.
