Key Features
- Pre-populates search results data directly into forms (e.g. PNC data into a StopSearch form).
- Multiple searches can be performed against different databases simultaneously from a single screen (e.g. PNC, Local Intelligence and QAS Voters).
- The Local Intelligence search is even capable of retrieving images of suspects if they are held on the database, enabling officers to effect immediate identifications.
- Forms can be created, edited and printed on or off-line.
- Smart Client software can be easily deployed, managed and upgraded Over-The-Air.

- UniForm is available for a broad range of BlackBerry and Windows Mobile devices (in any orientation) - with optional printing - providing you with flexibility and choice. UniForm can also be utilised on In-Car MDT’s (Mobile Data Terminals).

- UniForm Administrator tool allows quick and easy management of thousands of devices/users. Deploy and upgrade UniForm OTA (Over-The-Air) and specify which users get which applications.
- Powerful auditing and reporting means you can measure the success, use and effectiveness of your mobile data deployment. UniForm can generate standard reports so you can see, for example, how many PNC or StopSearch checks were performed by officer, shift or time of day, as well as demographic and diversity reports. In addition to the pre-built reports, NDI can work with you to tailor reports to your specific requirements.
- By using a central Framework architecture, UniForm has been created to allow new applications (forms or systems) to be generated and integrated easily and with minimum of fuss. This also allows all UniForm applications to take advantage of UniForm techniques including:
- All Enquiry Search Results being displayed in a single list
- Replication of user forms to the staging database with off-line capability
- New applications can be made available, and then deployed to the officer without having to return to base
- A standard Day and Night Colour scheme.
Matching e-Learning CBT
NDI is a Gold Standard Accredited Training Provider of the Institute of IT Trainers (IITT). Several of our PNC e-Learning packages have been approved by NPIA, including the UniForm CBT programme. This means we can provide standard or tailored Computer Based Training (CBT) to help alleviate abstraction issues, which can be a barrier for mobile data projects.
NDI’s e-Learning packages include unique “track ‘n’ trace” facilities that allow administrators to see exactly which screens have been viewed by which users and how often, along with who has (or has not) passed the final assessment module.
